Impa would be similarly saddened that Zelda doesn't remember her or anyone else that was so important to her. The ghost of the fallen King would probably be devastated to see his daughter with amnesia and no memory of him and her mother. And I imagine Link would have the master sword on him during this time. I think it being a combination of these two would make the most sense story wise. But I also see him doing a fight based power struggle, the castle grounds becoming a terrifying battle field that not even the calamities minions dare to enter. I can see a magical based power struggle happening like with Zelda in canon since Link is the Goddesses chosen Hero. Link in turn is the one to keep Calamity Ganon at bay for the one hundred years it takes for the resurrection. How the running away sequence plays out for this to be the case is up to you. A Breath of the wild AU where Zelda is the one who had to be put in the shrine of resurrection instead of Link.
